My shoes are good for all ballroom dances except east coast swing.I primarily dance salsa with a little of the other latin dances. I think i'm going to learn all the ballroom dances even the most difficult ones which are chacha and tango. Doesn't that sound surreal? Marisa the Tango dancer!!!

WOw! First balls-out-fun night since armando left. I went to a salsa club and it was Such a cool club with some real professionals but a great place to learn. This really hot guy asked me to dance merrengue and guess where he's from? Pachuca! WTF? I'm never gonna escape pachuca! Anyway great fun even if I can't walk tommorrow.

I think a trip home would do you good but you should save some money so you can come along on a trip for a few days when I come down there. I don't want to spend even a minute in pachuca.

So far two good weeks and we waited all winter for this!

well I couldn't find a sparkly happy canada day picture although I could find a bunch of highschool Princess, whatever, te kiero signs. You probably would enjoy those almost as much but I just couldn't bring myself to post that shit. I'm never gonna be tinkerbell but armando's all good with that. So anyway....HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!! Yes, I do have to leave- for so so so many reasons!
So my unemployment is coming through and I'm starting to look for work there in case France doesn't happen. Armando is horrified that I'm making more on unemployment than he is at his good job (I don't think he really understands the cost of living). I think it's confusing explaining that $1100 a month is less than what a McDonald's worker makes and constitutes extreme poverty. hehe.
You know, I don't really know what happened to the pics-they're all confused and all over the place. It's just too much effort to fix them, especially since in another few months I will rarely look at this thing!
The concert was amazing-you would have totally loved it not that I was really AT the concert. I spent half of the concert in a back room where I couldn't really hear the music. Salvador was just chillin with the other musicians but I don't know them so what was I gonna do? I kinda just made my own party happen (drinking shots helps). You know me, I must have looked crazy- kinda like when I get drunk and dance by myself. Claudia was there and let me sit with her for it bit. That was fun. But mostly I just kinda wandered around like the red-headed step-child. Oh and Luis' GF is leaving next week (she and zeta were there).
Anyway- HAPPY B-DAY! I know you're in the middle of celebrating so I won't call ;)
